1. Pre-Sale Orders

All products offered on this site are pre-production orders from the first manufacturing run. By placing an order you acknowledge that:

• Delivery is aiming for September 2026. Timelines are estimates and may change as manufacturing progresses.
• Your payment secures your first-run order.
• Images shown are of the original working prototype featured in the viral videos. Final production units may vary slightly in appearance, materials, colours and finish as manufacturing commences.

2. Pricing & Currency

Prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD). Checkout will display and charge your local currency where supported. Pre-sale pricing and capped shipping rates apply only while the pre-sale is open.

3. Shipping

Australia-wide shipping is a set price of A$10 per order. International shipping is A$15 per order during pre-sale.

4. Authenticity

topshotplayers.com.au is the genuine and only source for a legitimate Bottle Top Golfer by Top Shot Players™. We accept no responsibility for products purchased from unauthorised sellers.

5. Intellectual Property

Top Shot Players™, BottleTop Golf™, Hook-It Harry and all associated designs, logos and content are the property of Top Shot Players. You may not reproduce them without written permission.

6. Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in these terms excludes the consumer guarantees provided under Australian Consumer Law. If a delivered product is faulty or not as described, contact us and we'll make it right.

7. Intended Use

Top Shot Players products are designed for adult collectors and players. Bottle caps are small parts — keep them away from young children.
